Being a part of LunART was an incredible opportunity. I worked with LunART for two years and throughout my time with the organization, I was able to see so much growth. Being a part of putting a spotlight on women in the arts was extremely fulfilling and I am beyond proud of this nonprofit!

It was such an honor and privilege to work with the amazing women on LunART's team. As a woman musician myself, seeing our work directly impact the lives of women artists was incredibly inspiring. Additionally, I learned so much from working closely with LunART's Artistic Director/CEO that I will carry with me for the rest of my career in the arts.

"LunART lit a fire in me. Meeting cohorts of women composers gave me the confidence to leap off the deep end and study composition—the thing I truly wanted to do. This internship didn’t just teach me marketing and organization; it showed me how to be resilient and unstoppable in paving a way for women in the arts."

"LunART gave me an invaluable sense of community. Meeting and interviewing inspiring women artists, learning the behind-the-scenes work of running a festival, and receiving mentorship from an incredible leader like Iva has all been transformative. This internship showed me the joy and impact of working in an organization dedicated to uplifting marginalized voices in the arts."
